​ Counseling Individual Intake Session
90-Minute Introductory Session
This is a space to get a feel for your counselor, and find if you feel it will be a good match. Your purpose for coming to counseling, your health history, and your social history will all be discussed in this session.
​ Counseling Session
55-Minute Individual Session
These routine sessions will address your reason for coming to counseling, as well as any concerns you may have between sessions. Typically sessions are completed weekly, though some people may need or request to have sessions more or less often.
Insurance Information
Stredwick Counseling will submit claims to all In-Network insurance plans and will not submit to insurance plans that are considered Out-of-Network. The following insurances are considered In-Network:
