If you are using insurance to cover your services, then your individual plan will dictate your financial responsibility based on your contracted co-insurances or co-pays.
Payment for services, including co-insurances and co-pays, is due at time of service.
I will submit claims to insurance for the following In-Network insurance providers:
- Aetna
- Allegiance
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
- First Choice Health Plans
- Medicare
- Montana Medicaid
- Mountain Health Co-op
- PacificSource
- United Behavioral Health.
**Please note that being In-Network with your insurance plan does not guarantee payment for services and you are responsible for verifying your plan's coverage.
If your insurance is out-of-network, you will be treated as a self-pay client. Some insurance plans may reimburse you for out-of-network services or apply the expenses towards your out-of-pocket maximums. If you wish to self-submit to your insurance, I can provide superbills upon request.

The duration of therapy varies for each individual and situation. Some may find a few weeks sufficient, while others may benefit from ongoing support over months or years. It's best to view counseling as an open-ended process that evolves with your needs over time.
It is common to meet weekly, though some people will need less support and others may need to meet multiple times a week.
The frequency of sessions is something that we will work together to set based on your specific situation and needs.
At present, I only offer telehealth services. We will meet online through a secure and confidential platform.
When you establish services with Stredwick Counseling you will be sent an email inviting you to complete a portal set-up through TherapyNotes. This platform uses the camera and microphone on your computer, tablet, or smart phone to conduct the session.
This portal will allow you to access telehealth sessions, review contracts and documents, complete assessments, pay your bill, and also request changes to your demographic or billing information.
If you are experiencing a Mental Health Emergency, call the Lifeline at 988.
